Reproductive Health Services Confidentiality Notice
Confidentiality of our Reproductive Health Services prevents anyone from scheduling an appointment unless they are the patient or have been authorized to do so by the patient.
Authorization must be provided in writing to the City-Cowley County Health Department prior to the scheduling of an appointment.
