About the Landfill
The Transfer Station provides for safe disposal of solid waste. The Transfer Station will accept household hazardous waste, construction demolition waste, and tires.

Cowley County Landfill does not currently participate in a recycling program. The City of Ark City (620-441-4480 or 620-441-4460) and City of Winfield (620-221-5600) should be contacted directly for information regarding their recycling programs.
