To avoid paying penalties, don't forget to turn in your personal property rendition.  Please make any corrections to the form such as items that have been sold or new items, and sign and date.  Personal Property renditions are due to the County Appraiser's Office on or before March 15.  Late filings will begin to accrue penalties at 5% per month up to 50% for non-filing.
