COVID-19 POD

WELCOME TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ONLINE COVID-19 VACCINATION SCHEDULER

As a person in an identified group you have been directed here to enter your information into the Health Department Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.  This system will retain the records of your COVID-19 vaccinations and automatically share the date and time of your vaccinations with the Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE).

Using the button below, you will be able to choose the time for your vaccination appointment.

This will eliminate the need for you to complete paperwork at the remote Point of Dispensing (POD) for your specific group (i.e. workplace, school, church etc.).

Please navigate this site carefully to ensure that you do not pick the wrong date or time as we may have multiple sites open simultaneously. 

 Refer to your instructional email for the correct date and location. 

When you have successfully created your appointment, you will receive a text message to confirm your appointment, and follow up reminders as your appointment time nears.

When you visit the POD you will check in and be provided your paper documents (shot record card, vaccine disclosure if requested).
